Hampton Roads Military and Civilian Community's did not disappoint!

Thanks to the all the Volunteers who worked tirelessly Wed, Off-loading Wreaths, Thursday, Staging and Fluffing Wreaths, and Saturday during the Main Annual Wreath Laying 2014 Event!

We had over 3,000 People and the spirit of giving and Honor and Respect was limitless!

Young and Old, Veteran and Civilian, Active Duty, Retired, Military and Fraternal Organizations, Youth Groups, Scouts, Everyone truly did an AWESOME Job.

From Grey Headstones to green live greenery glistening through the Cemetery.

Thank you to Dan and his great Staff, to the HWS Board for working year long to make this event such a huge success and thanks to all the HWS Volunteers, who have given time their hearts to make sure our fallen hero's, our veterans are remembered this time each year!

Each year Christmas starts with this event, to see the human spirit in its finest form.

Thank you Everyone!

Will the Albert G. Horton Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery require assistance with cleanup for the removal of the wreaths?

As a veteran who someday will rest there, I wish to thank all involved in this wreath tradition. It is such a blessing to veterans and their families. Thank you, thank you.
